Well I have this video on my computer and I want to make it into a gif but I can't find any websites I want an easy to use website that doesn't involve downloading it.because all the websites I seen only had "Upload Image" When I want for video and I need it to work on tumblr because gifsoup won't work for me (if you know why it might not work include in answer) and I don't know why a site where I can make a video I have on my computer into a gif that works on tumblr please anyone tell me doesn't envove downloading and it is FREE thanks :)
