Our situation is that we don't pay any child support, but we do take care of the child in every way possible other than paying her mother.there is no court ordered custody agreement or child support filings, and we need to know what we can do in this situation, and where to start, PLEASE HELP ASAP!!

He needs to file for custody. When there is no custody order either parent is free to relocate with the child.

Usually custody and support go hand-in-hand so I would expect his "ex" to counter with that request.

What exactly do you provide for the child (except for money)?

Has DNA been done to prove paternity?
