    Am I pregnant?
Q : Yesterday morning I was forced to have intercourse. It was very painful. And This morning I woke up to go and get plan B but I stopped because I saw blood and thought I was my period but It turned out I was just spotting. My period should be starting soon. Is the spotting a sign of pregnancy or is something wrong with me?

    Have you reported the rape?

The blood is possibly from injuries, abrasions.

Again, it is very important that you report the rape to the Police.

And, yes, the blood probably has nothing to do with a pregnancy or "failure" to get pregnant.
