I'm 12 years old. I get do frustrated with my family, we have fights over nothing, if I try and say anything to my mom se will say I'm being to dramatic, I have mood swings, trouble sleeping and I can't control what I say at times, I can't stop myself from crying, I get upset over too much, sometimes one little thing can mess up my whole day.

Today I had a fight with my family, it started over nothing and now were not talking, I tried to apologise but my mom didn't really want to hear it, I tried to say sorry for being like this but she said I was being dramatic.

I feel so terrible, please help me, I don't know what to do, I am an ex-self harmer and have considered that again, like I said I am only 12 years old so I can't go to a therapist or someone on my own, I am also very self conscious about telling people things and what they will think of me.
