    Is this for an Internet "Girlfriend"? Who is really a guy sitting behind a computer.

    SImply give them all your bank account information... so they can take every dime you have. That's what they are after. You will never see this mythincal person because they don't exist.

    And if someone in Ghana needed a report in Ghana... why are they incapible of asking the person there who would give it to them?

    If you are in the US there is no medical report necessary. Dude you're being scammed.

    YOU are being SCAMMED by someone in Ghana... if THEY need a report THEY will know what it costs and THEY can pay for it themselves.

    Ok, what country is this going to, For person from Ghana to come to US

    The passport and visa both cost about 300 dollars. They get passport from their government first about 2 ot 3 weeks. The visa takes about 2 weeks and they get it from US embassy.

    There is no medical and police report needed. Most dating will have to come on a tourist visa, since you do not have a long history of knowing each other and have not meet in person. ** it is obvious at what you are not saying.

    So there is no other cost other than passport and visa, they come to US as tourist and if you both agree, then she puts in for a change in visa status.

    Since this is following the normal scam, she will ask for money in the bank before she can leave. That she will give back as soon as she arrives.

    I have been there and seen this in person, they have large rooms full of old women and men who pretend to be young girls or men in emails. They use set scripts and you may even be chatting with various people who only read your email history on different days or while one is out to lunch.

    They have a few pretty girls hired that will do video cams once in a while but normally have excuses why they can't.
