    My cousin is treating me of canceling the lease of an apartment both rent what can I
    My cousin and I rented an apartment a few months ago cause we decided that we didn't wanted to live with our parents anymore we rented and the lease its at my name and hers
    Yesterday we had a fight she got mad because she said that I don't clean and cook for her but that's not my resposability she treated me with taking me out of the apartment and calling the police I pay half of the rent of the apartment
    Can she kick me out ? Or remove me from the lease contract ?

    Nope. As long as you are on the lease you have equal rights to the apartment. She can't get you off the lease without the landlord.

    NO , if you are on the lease, you can not be kicked out by the other renter, if she moved out you could sue her for her share of the money.

    Living together is hard, and many people make enemies of friends by renting together

    And it is threat not treat
