What's this movie called??
There's one where there are a bunch of outcast teenagers in a school who take classes in a shed back behind the school, there's the geek, asian foreigner girl who barely speaks english till the end, and the "bad boy" who has a crush on her and is the only one who can understand what she's actually saying, and a few more I don't remember. And I remember something about them making a school parade float that wins the competition at the end or something to that extent. It's not too old. Made around in early to mid 2000's or so.
