Ok so I hope to find this out soon.. my now ex boyfriend crashed my car cause he was drunk.. long story short I was driving but he grabbed the wheel took off and left me on the side of the road.. I told the cop a dog run in front of my car and I didn't want to hit it.. this happened back in Feb a week after my sons birthday.. we broke up June and that was when he decided to choke me out cause he was drunk I have witnesses and everything.. he's on parole and hasn't even told them that he moved.. I really need to know how much trouble I can get into for lying to the cop the night of the accident.. he has done nothing but stalk me and now saying he's going to put nude pictures of me on the internet.. I'm a single mom I work at Sherwin Williams part time.. I am the only person my son has had since day one and I can't deal with being arrested so I'm hoping it's just a fine but I don't know.. please help.
