Pregnancy or something else

Hi I am 22 years old and latly I have been having a bad lower abdominal pains like crapms I heard that it might be due to pregnancy. I got my thought period last week but it only lasted for 2 days and I tested today morning and I got a negative pregnancy result I'm worryed what can be going on please help
