Can a 15 year old chose where they live?
I'm 15, and I have been through many hardships involving my parents, family, and living wise. I don't have much of a relationship with my dad. My mom left him when I was about 2 or 3, then got married to another man. They recently split and are going through a divorce, but there are no problems. They had a daughter between them, she's currently 6. She now has a boyfriend and me and my sister are living with them. I want to move back to where I lived for 12 or so years (when my mom was married). I wouldn't be able to live with my step dad, or any other family, but a woman that my mom and step dad knows really well, that I worked for for a long time, that knows me really well and I know her, has a great home and environment that she's offering me, I know her husband and son (who is grown), and a good Christian environment that I don't get as of now, is offering for me to live with her. I would be able to see old friends, spend a lot of time with my 6 year old sister that currently lives far away from me, still help out the church that I had to move away from, and still see my mom very often. It would also give me a great education oppurtunity which is something else that is very important and another thing that I am not getting currently. It means a lot to me, but I want to make sure this can happen.

You can't move in with someone else without the consent of BOTH parents.

    Would they consent?

You can make the decision when you are 18 - and I know, that's a long time away.

No you have no legal say in this what so ever. Both parents would have to agree and this person would have to get legal guardianship of you for you to stay there legally
