    Bleached hair just won't grow!
    Hi new here. But I bleached my hair about 6 months ago after doing a couple "color correctors" (my hair was black, and it took a lot to get it back to the original light blonde color) after the bleaching my hair dresser did a toner. She cut my hair after rinsing and I got it trimmed a few weeks later, and 2 times since then. I have not dyed my hair since and I have stayed away from blow drying and straightening/curling to avoid damaging my hair. I have done a few of the deep conditioning treatments also. And my hair is in pretty bad condition still and just won't grow! Any suggestions I need help please! (:

    You may try a rinse with apple cider vinegar, after washing and conditioning your hair apply a cup of apple cider vinegar, you can leave it on or rinse it with cold water to close the hair cuticles and the capillaries, You ca take daily 1 doze of Biotin vitamin.
    Drink a lot of water and eat some broccoli, nuts, cherries , berries, and salmon ( this is just a few on the menu.
    You can also smash an avocado with a bit of vinegar to make a hair mask for 20mn.

    You should try going to a new hair dresser obviously whatever your current one is doing is not working.
    And a second opinion never hurt anyone.
