County Offence vs Federal Offence
I performed a background check on myself, it show where I lived dating back as far as 1983, however it stated "No Record" in the field for felony convictions.
I have a felony that was County, did 3 months in the county Jail 16 years ago. Although it was not a Federal offence, will this show up in the FBI data base? |
