Eep help! I'm not sure what to expect after diversion is completed in court
I have a court date on Monday, the charges are for theft under 5g and possession under 5g. I was accepted and completed the diversion program in ns, canada but I still have to go to court and I don't know why if it was a success and I'm scared because I don't know what to expect? Does anyone know what to expect!

For them to formally dismiss the charges or explunge them ( depending on what the terms of the diversion was)

I mean what will happen to me when I show up to the court house! It says on my slip its for the intake courtroom? Will I be questioned? Will it be in a large room? Will it be just be in a small room? Will there be people? Or will I be alone? Should I have a legal aid or lawyer! I'm a first time offender and I swear on the bible ill never have any kind of run in with the law again or do bad stuff. I'm just scared.

My terms were basic, complete thr program, go to court, and they wouldn't show as a criminal record.

The size of the room ? What size was it when you went into the program, most likely the same court. Are there people ? Were there people where when it all started ?
Here where I am at, it could be in either private or public court.

When it happened I was caught by a security guy fr zellers. It was worth like 70 dollars. When I went into diversion it was in my town in a separate building from the court. The incident happened out of my town so I have to travel down there for my court date. The cop told me I wouldn't have to go to court but I do. I just want to know what's going to be said and what I should say. What I should expect. I'm actually really terrified.
