    Advices about removing thies
    I have a reallyy flatt tummy and nice hips but I can't seem to get rid of my thies , they're not huge , but still I need to reduce the percentage of fat in them, every time I diet I lose weight from my hips and belly , rarely from thies . Any advices ?
