    Is there a time limit to file for back child support ordered by the court?
    My daughter is now 19. Her father was court ordered to pay child support that he is currently several thousand dollars behind on. Is there a time limit to file to collect?

    You can still collect on arrears until they are paid regardless of the age of the child.
