    What does it mean?
    I got a paper frm the court and it say. Defendant to be booked, processed and released and it gave me the date . What does that means?

    In my area it means you go in to the Police Station and have fingerprints and photos taken. You are then (or you already have) give a Court date to return.

    It gave me a date to go do the photo and finger print. But no date to return to court. I also have a question. The judge say told me to serve in 3 years in jail but he offer me to work in the alternative work program to work for them. Do I stay in jail to work or do I stay home and work for them?
