Need some advice on my vision issues.
So, I have been having problems with my vision over the past year. The first issue I have is when I look at the sky, I see a frenzy of little dots flying everywhere, it's pretty unbareable for me to look at the sky without sunglasses. Issue number 2 is I have eye floaters, wavy lines floating in my vision, more prevalent in the day time. The 3rd issue I have is at night, if I move my eye quickly to look in a direction, there will be a quick flash of green light following it. The fourth and most bothering problem I've been having is my vision is constantly fuzzy. The best way for me to explain it is it looks as though I am constantly looking at things through a TV with a bad signal, just constant snow over my vision. This is more noticeable when staring at lighter backgrounds. It causes me some annoyance when using the computer or reading. It also gets very irritating at night as it makes it as there is almost a white fuzz over the dark.

I have diabetes, so when I started having these problems I immediately wanted to get it checked out. I've been to two opthalmologists, a total of 3 times over the past year to get things checked out. Both said there were no indications of bleeding caused by the diabetes. One of the Dr's said I had a slight suspicion of glaucoma, due to pressures in my eyes, but he felt that it's very unlikely and told me to come back in a year to check up on it. He didn't seem concerned at all really. Looking at symptoms of glaucoma, the symptoms of that don't seem to be what I am experiencing from what I can interpret, as it seems glaucoma starts with a loss of peripheral vision, and that isn't the case with me.

What I am trying to figure out is, what do I have, and how concerned should I be? I returned to the ophthalmologist when I began experiencing the green lights at night, and again I was told it seems nothing is wrong, and don't worry. I don't want to keep going back for them to just keep telling me nothing is wrong, but I also experience this vision problems every day, and it is obviously concerning, not to mention bothersome. I have very bad vision aside from these problems, my contact prescriptions are -9.00 and -9.50, one of the Drs told me this is what is causing my floaters, but my major concern is the fuzzy vision, and green light at night, would this be caused by my high prescription as well?

Just hoping someone can give me some insight on what may be the causes of these issues, and if there is any way to cure them. Surgery maybe? I appreciate the help.
