    23 Weeks Pregnant... Constant Back Pain!
    I know your suppose to have back pain but I don't think this constant pain is normal.
    It`s on my right side at the top. It started a couple weeks ago when I`d lay on my side or back for a couple mins; but go away when I slept or laid on a pillow.
    Now its constant and only goes away when Im wake up and only sometimes when I lay on a pillow.
    I read this one woman say the same was happening with her so she went to get checked out and the doctors said it was contractons and she got sent back 3 more times and once for preterm labor.
    && I`m not sure if I think it's the baby cause it also gets worse when I breathe in. && I also catch myself holding my breathe.
    I don't know what to do to help the pain or what to do period.

    It could be contractions, it could be gall bladder pain (common in pregnancy), only your doctor can diagnose you properly.
