My Ghroe Ladylux has lost pressure equally from hot and cold water. What to do?

First, remove handle from hose. Run water through hose only. See if you get good water flow. If positive than your handle is clogged with debris. Here, remove aerator, clean it - or even better, replace it with new on. Also look into the threaded area of the handle. There is a back flow preventer. That collects debris as well. Hose it off and reinstall. See if that helped. Back to you. Milo

Thanks but no better with handle or what I call the "pull out spray head" removed. Water coming directly out of the hose is still very low pressure. Any further tips? Much appreciated.

Then lets go to step 2: remover the 46 315, put bucket under the faucet (inside the cabinet) and ask somebody to slowly turn water ON. See if you get full flow through that rigid attachment supply line connected to the body of the faucet...

Yep I removed 46-315 and get what seems like good solid flow...

Great, so we identified what is slowing down the flow...

The 46 315 is so called "back flow preventer". It functions like a snorkel: allows water one way and prevents it from going backwards. There is a ball-like device and water runs around it. It clogs very easily. Now, there are 2 ways to fix it:

First, remove 46 315 and save both O-rings / washers. You will need to reuse them during re-installation.

1. Take the 46 515 and flush it clean. Take it outside and use garden hose. Flush it well. Inspect visually from both ends. Make sure all openings on the interior of this device are clean and free of lodged debris. When you think it is clean, reinstall.

2. Purchase new 46 315.

Rinsed but that didn't help. I purchased a new 46-138 as it looks nearly the same and its all my local plumbers had in stock. We are back up and working, it was easy to replace, no tools. Thanks very much MIlo.

Agree, replacement is the best way to go. Yes, installation of new 46 315 is done by hand, no tools necessary. Good luck - and stop by again if you need help in the future with other plumbing problem.
