I am interested in taking a fat loss supplement commonly sold a Ephederine.

I know it has been banned in the US in 2004 under the name Ephedra.

I am curious to know the full extent of taking this type of supplement and are their any dangers of taking it in conjunction of the concerta.

I take concerta in the morning maybe a full 2.5hrs before a pill of Ephederine.

I don't take them simulataneously and I do drink around 4litres of water a day as it is.

Your doctor is a quack and this is why medication needs to be controlled. You have by admission no medical reason for this and appear to just be getting hooked on drugs.

You need to learn to cope with study and life without use of illegal medications. I say illegal since there is not a medical need for your doctor to give this too you

Ephedra is just 1 step below sterroids. I took it for 2 years 14-16. Their aren't really many side effects. But the results are beyond amazing. Not only was I getting stronger I also was losing weight and my mind was more clear and working better.
