    Mother abandoned son in indaina
    I have full custody of my son. He was abandoned in June 2010.it took till July 2011 to get custody. Now she's back and telling courts I withheld him from her. How do I prove she didn't even try to see her son?

    You know the truth so state it as clearly as you can. If she is not telling the truth it will show! A lie needs a lie but truth stands on its own. Trust in God. Your child has only seen your face for the last year it will be okay

    Define abandoned? Did she just leave you and the child? Or did she leave the child unattended? There is a big difference.

    If a court has ordered you full custody, then I doubt if her story will fly. She should have had ample opportunity to show up in court and fight your custody petition. Didn't you try to serve her notice of the custody hearings? Did you move from where you living?
