    Indirectly it is quite possible that it would but not directly. That is to say that there is no indication that EtG is excreted via sweat glands as alcohol is.

    Indirectly, profuse sweating leads to the need to replenish fluids > drinking water to rehydrate and the fluid intake would lead to acceleration of removal of EtG from the system. On the other hand if one does not rehydrate it could lead to an overly concentrate urine and consequently magnification of EtG present.

    The key here is not the exercise or sweating but fluid turnover through liquid consumption.
