    Overdraft Fees
    I was overdrawn about $800 and had about 4 charges that were on auto debit. The companies say they cld not stop the amounts in their system but while I was making payment arrangement, they will accept the terms but only ifthe account is closed. I contacted the bank and ask to put a $27 stop payment on each transaction and they refused as they said that would further overdraw the account. No problem, they however have constantly processed the items and returned them and charged me $1500 in overdraft fees, how can I sue them for this?

    NO, You are responsible to balance and not over draft your bank account, you are obligated to pay any and all fees that come about because of your misuse of the bank account.

    Had you not over drafted, there would be no fees.
