Smell in downstairs toilet / sink
Like a rotten vegetable smell but not all the time. We don't know if it's the loo or the sink & it only happens in this area downstairs toilet.

Before you can repair it you have to localize it. It sounds more like the lavatory, Put your noise down near the drain and run a little water down the drain. Is the smell worse? Let me know, Tom
