    A question about lactose intolerance?
Well last Sunday woke up and felt like I needed to vomit and had bad stomach cramps and it felt like I need to go to the toilet but nothing would come out, so I drank a glass of milk and then I had diarrhea for about 4 days.

I went to the doctors and she said that I am either lactose intolerant or it's a stomach bug, so she wants me to stay of dairy for 2 weeks and then go back on to it and see what happens, she also pointed out that I saw a doctor a few months ago and did a stool test and they found nothing.

So my first question is can you have a build up of lactose in your body? And eventually my body will Store up too much and I get sick?

So I talked to my mum and she said that I use to throw up a lot when I was a baby so she thinks I was lactose intolerant then.

My next question is can being lactose intolerant suddenly come back one day with out any warning signs?

I have been 4 days of dairy and I feel really good for some reason
