How do I remove semi permanent hair dye
About a month ago I got blonde highlights on my naturally medium brown hair. Then about 2-3 weeks ago I dip dyed my hair with semi permanent fuisha pink RAW hair dye from hot topic. Now the hair dye is coming out partially but its staying mostly where the highlights are at the bottom. How do I get it out completley with out damaging my highlights?
