    Lien when no longer on title
    Can a lien be place on a property that I am not on the title and I released myself of title when the home was purchased

    First, its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. To avoid confusion I've moved your post to its own thread.

    If you are not the legal owner and the lien is against your name, then it can't be placed against the property.
