I am using Microsoft outlook for my emails however there is not print button function on the Microsoft outlook web access toolbar. Could someone please advise how I can add the print button to the toolbar.

Why not simply use your browsers print function, normally located under File or Ctrl+P

Thank you for your reply. The requester is not a computer user and is used to printing using a print button on the task bar. Our office has updated its computer and are using Microsoft Outlook now, so for me its not a problem; however for the requester its hard work.
