What are the rules of zakat?can you explain it briefly?

As far as the rules, I am not positive. If you need an answer quickly it may be best to ask your Imam.

But a simple explanation would be that it is a great deal like Tithing, done in the other faiths of the God of Abraham.

Is it OK to recite Quran in the language I can understand?because I don't know to read Arabic, and my mother tongue is not Arabic so even I read it I will not understand so is it all right to read with the language I can understand?

Are you talking about reading it for your knowledge and study, or recite it for prayer and worsthip?

Chuck asks a great question. Reading for your own study, or even giving Dua, it is OK to read another language of the Quran. (for Dua, you can use another language ONLY if it is because you do not speak Arabic)

But for recitation, prayer, and worship, it must be in arabic.
