    Dynamic Water Pressure
I have a static pressure coming in on my side of my water meter of 70psi. I have a 50 ft run into the house of 3/4" schedule 40 plasic pipe. my wayer shut off valve is 1" that necks down so that I continue to have a full 3/4" feed into the house. On leaving the cut-off valve my line type changes to 3/4" id pex pipe and is connected to my hose bib. At the hose bib I have 70psi of static pressure. With the hose connected and taking my static pressure reading at the end of the hose I only show 45psi of pressure. WILL SOMEONE PLEASE EXPLAIN HOW MY STATIC PRESSURE CAN CHANGE BY 25PSI IF THERE IS NO WATER RUNNING?
