    Statute of limitations filing lawsuit against police ontario canada
    It's been two years. I need to know if I can still file a complaint with Professional Standards Branch of an OPP Detatchment.

    SOL laws refer to civil actions or criminal prosecutions. Generally not to filing complaints with review boards.
