Hampton bay château deville 52 in. model # 34012- remote control
Purchased a Hampton Bay Château Deville 52" model # 34012 Floor model at Home Depot. I love the fan but unfortunately it did not come with the remote control parts although they sold it to me stating it did. Home Depot has been very helpful in offering me different universal remote controls but they do not fit. I am trying to find the original remote control part for this model and plan to give the info to Home Depot so they can order the part for me to complete this purchase... Can you help me with this?
