    Mom screwed by family court in fresno,ca.help?
    Im a mom going through a nightmare.in jan. My 5 year old daughter told her 10 year old brother that my,at that time,live in boyfriend had been molesting her. I took every step,did everything to protect my little girl,and I lost custody,and had supervised visits,and my case has escallated beyond belief by my ex husband,who
    I used to have a r/o against,and soooo many family codes have been broken, and the superior courts in fresno,ca,CPS, mediation dept. are a joke! I have enough to file a governmental Tort against the county,but need help, my little girl is being abused,and I have supervised visits?? Are you kidding me? Please help me.windy kenyon

    I Don't Know What To Tell You. But Maybe You Should Try Contacting The Police Or Going To Them For Advice. All I Can Say Is Stay Calm. Panicking Won't Help. I Wish You Good Luck.

    I cannot imagine that you think the Court system and the laws ,CPS, mediation department are joke . Child molestation is a very serious accusation. I do not know your case in detail but I doubt of ordering supervised visitation without any reasons that visitation to be ordered.

    The CPS workers have absolute immunity unless you can prove by clear and convincing evidence that they fabricate evidences.
