Stuck in an inconvenient (unsafe?) house
Apologies for the length of this, but background may be important.
    Please read!

I manage a farm in Ohio... Due to this, my housing is "free" and considered part of my compensation. So, I am not the owner or major renovator. However, there are multiple issues, some larger than others, that I have found with this house. I continue to bring the issues to my boss's (aka landlords - a board of the organization included), but they continue to band aid the issues.
Most recently, a side-contractor was asked to come in and do some work. One of the things he did was to put a seal on a large crack/deteriorated area in the laundry room floor. This extra section of the house is on a concrete slab, and the laundry room floor has an apoxy seal on it - same used to seal a garage floor.
Since then, we have had HUGE drought, and the less-than-perfect foundation has no doubt moved. The laundry room floor has a gigantic crack through the middle - in some places I feel I could see a few inches down if I look right. The floor has different angles to it when I am pretty sure it was straight a few weeks ago.
Upon further inspection, I feel that one main corner of the slab is sinking...
The house is under stress, and I continue to see cracks in walls and even the corners of my bedroom seem to be slowly separating.

Additional information... An electrician working on my mud-filled sub pump informed us that a running hose just outside the house (laundry room wall) was letting in just as much water as the replacement sub pump could filter out (aka... a crack in the foundation). To which the answer from the powers that be seems to be... Put in an outdoor sub pump pit.

I know old houses move. How much of this might be a large concern and how much is just something to "shut up and deal with?" I need additional information to push the issue. I am continued to be pushed aside because we are "nonprofit and don't have the money."

Thanks in advance... I need expert opinions.
