I kimberly, I'm 15 about to b 16 on the 24 and I want to leave with my mom sooooo bad I live with a man that is not even my real dad he is my step dad he took me and I don't feel wanted there so I want to leave with my his side of the family don't like me and he treats me different then his 2 kids he tells me he espect more out of me and all he dose he yell at me because I always get into trouble and mii mom sister marie she don't like me she never dose any thing with me she always has something bad to say about me or mii mom and I'm done I want out of there NOW I don't want to wait any longer I know what I want and I want it done mii mom calls lawer and mii mom don't have much money they won't help mii mom and that's wrong they can work with her because I want out of there mii mom has her own place and she has food water and lights she don't have a car but she will get one soon I pray she will me and my mom had are past but I want to be with somebody that is real to me I have 2 step sister and they mean even thing to me but I don't belong in that picture because he is not my REAL dad and I want to be with mii mom she lives alone and she pays her bills and takes care of me when I'm with... when I'm at mii dad house I cry every night because I want to be with mii mom and mii step dad won't let me go and I don't understand why really he has his 2 kids I don't want to be with him anymore he don't do anything with us anymore when I told mii step dad I wanted to leave he has been treating me different and crap its not FAIR AND I WANT TO LEAVE
Im asking really nicely and respectful can you help mii mom out with getting me back I will appacret it a lot I need some number and maybe a donate to help mii mom get me I want out of mii step dad and aunts house soooo can you please help me and mii mom out I would love it a lot I pray to god every night to let me live with mii mom
I get a disable check because I have soooo much medical problem and I make like 700$ but I don't see any of that money that money is soppect to come to me and what every I want and that never happens
I get treated different every day and I don't like it I want to be with mii mom
I hate how mii aunt maire talks crap about mii mom NOT ever body is profect maire thinks she is profect but she is not and I hate to say it but I don't like mii aunt maire which that is mii mom sister and I was always told to stand by mii sister right or wrong

You say you live with your step dad? Why? Does he have legal custody over you? If so why?

If you want to live with mom, mom has to go to court to get custody. To truly help you we need to understand how you wound up with your step dad. And ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

Your step dad would have had to adopt you ( which makes him your real dad now) or some how got legal cutody.

Does not matter what you want or think we need legal status, facts.

Why are you not with your mom ? Did the court find her unfit ?
