    How many year in juvinial will I get for violation of probation and shop lifting?
    I failed a drug test on my probation and shop lifted at walmart

    What are you on probation for ? How many years probation do you have.
    Juv Court is hard to tell, since some are looking for what is best, they look at home life and other issues like grades in school.

    They can make you serve all of your probation years in Juv Detention, I doubt they will, but can
