    Penis Erection
    I'm a 28 year old male, and I have been having trouble keeping up my errection for my partners over the last (5years) few years. I can never be to errect its always like meadium hard and I get very embarrassed, and I would like some advise on what I can do to improve my errection. Thanks ;)

    Do you have a primary doctor/physician? Also, do you know if something radical in your life might've changed around the beginning of this 5-year mark?

    Yes I have my GP Doctor, not to sure what you meant by someone changing some-thing?

    Like if you started amping up the amount of @$$ you've been getting around that time, or if your diet had changed big time or something major like that.

    Many conditions, stress, high blood pressure, blood or chemical imbalance issues can all effect this. Hormone issues, prostate issues and a dozen other more dangerous medical condtions. So yes you go see your doctor first of all, since often this is a sign of a more serious health condition.

    Other times it is a matter of diet, drinking, life style and more.

    I know that was meant to be sarcasm... but that answer is spot on accurate. At you age that should be an exceptionally are event. So any problem is likely medical in nature. A guys little buddy is complicated... and any little thing hat goes wrong can keep it from flying. Or crashing if it did get off the ground. If you don't discus this with your doctor, he won't know to look for certain issues.
