    Copper pipe has ice covering the whole pipe
    Our unit is not cooling no more. The bigger copper pipe is froze up with ice??

    The evaporator coil has frozen up, most likely due to lack of air circulation. Turn unit off and clean or replace filter.
    You can open evaporator and melt ice with hair dryer or just wait for ice to melt. If this is a heating and cooling unit, turn to heat for a short period to melt ice.
