Im looking for a war anime taking place on many planets one particular scene I remember is an army of space skiers attacking humas in orange space suits while going down a snow mountain and the next scene with an orange suited defender taking a shot in tha chest spilling blood on his helmets visor. If anyone knows this anime will be of great help ,I remember watching it 9-10 years old born in 1990.

Another scene I remembered is with a guy on the top of a building fixing the hand of a robotic suit and when a dog attacks him he uses the hand to chock the dog in his defence.
