This morning I found a hard, red bump on the shaft on my penis. I am 15 years old and have never had sex. At the top of it is a small amount of removed skin with blood (Not a stream of blood just... redness). It is very hard and it reminds me of a forming pimple. Should I be worried or will it go away?
