Any change of behavior calls for a visit to the Vet.

Has he had all of his innoculations, including Parvo?

Yes he had them all.. I took it to the vet he told me that we must have a surgery because he might have swallowed something but in the x-rays nothing showed so he gave him medications and now we are waiting... he is eating a little bit better but still :/

He MUST have surgery? It sounds like he doesn't need surgery, just medication.

How long did the Vet say it will take for the medication to make a difference? It's got to level off in his blood - usually - and that takes some time.

In an X-ray you may or may not be able to see an actual object. Sometimes the vet has to base his diagnosis on gas patterns and other things.
And the quality of the films may limit his visibility also.
Some things like the plastic shopping bags will not be so evident on X-ray.
Does your vet have access to an endoscopy machine? Has he discussed whether an endoscopic exam may be of benefit before an actual surgery is done?
What medications did he put him on?
