    Tax Inheritance for 2 properties
    Hi,

I have two flats in London, of which I have paid 60% on each, and I have a mortgage for the remaining balance.

If I die, as I have not set up a will, who will get the properties, and how much tax will I pay to the government? I am married.

    Many thanks,

    Dee
