    Dodge Dakota don
    1992 Dodge Dakota won't start first time but cycle to off and back on it starts up
    Any suggestions ? Also Blower motor doesn't work unless steering column is lowered

    . Change fuel filter.

    . Check fuel pressure. The fuel rail needs to be fully pressurized for the injectors to work, which is what you are doing by cycling the ignition switch. Injector pressure may be low or bleeding off.

    . Check ignition switch for wear, pitting, or melting.
