    Immigration fraud punishment
    What's the punishment ? For example if someone scammed a spouse to get in canada will they get kicked back from where they came from?

    Depending on the circumstances, they would be deported but the scam has to proven, nothing can be done without concrete proof, not 'she said, he said'.

    Can you fill in the gaps? What type of scamming do you mean?

    What you perceive as a scam, may not be a scam to someone else.
