I should have had my monthly approximately 21 days ago. I have some very dull but constant cramping, and it had been there about a week now. I am also extremely tired, and I feel like my emotions are all out of whack. But that may be from stress about things that are going on in my life, and my depression.

I will also try and give you as much background as I can, as I feel this is important.
- I had sex with my boyfriend last about 23 days ago, we live far away from each other. We did not use protection and sadly we were very careless.
- I have had one child by him previously, but I miscarried at about three months after the doctor had told me there was only a 2% chance of that happening. This was around the beginning of this year.
- Also, besides from when I had my miscarriage, I have been hospitalized three times before I was pregnant for these extreme pains in my lower abdomen.

It would start like this:
- I would start my period, and it would be extremely heavy for one or two days, lighten up the next.
- I would then get very sick, throwing up with diarrhea (sorry if that's TMI)
- After the initial cramping went away, this stabbing, throbbing pain would come over me. It felt like what people would call contractions. It would stay constant for a few minutes, then would come back. I was not pregnant at the time.

Even when I was at the hospital, they could not figure out what is wrong, even after scanning my uterus three times and doing all sorts of other tests. They would give me pain relievers and send me home.
They said they can't help me because they see nothing wrong... What if it had to do with my miscarriage? I may be pregnant again, and I'm scared!

Keep in mind though I have so far managed to get a hold of two cheap tests and both said negative. I can't get another anytime soon, and I might be able to get to a free clinic but I don't have transportation currently.
