Dui Caused By Hairspray ?
I received a DUI two weeks ago... The only alcohol that I consumed, was 2 beers with my lunch at 11:30 A.M... I did not drive until 2:30 P.M... I was arrested at 3:30 P.M. because the officer smelled alcohol, after someone ran me off the road... I called the police myself... He asked me if I had anything to drink, and I admitted that I did, at 11:30... I was transported to the police station, and was administered a Breathalyzer Test at 5:00 P.M... The test came back with a .23, which is about 3 times over the limit... The officer said that he could still smell alcohol on me... I couldn't believe it... I posted bail, and was released... After returning home and thinking about everything, I realized what the high Breathalyzer result was probably caused by...
A few days earlier, I went to my storage unit, to remove some items... All of the items had been there for the past 6 years... I also found 2 half empty cans of freezing hairspray that were stored there... I brought them home and used some... I spray my hair very well, so a lot of spray was used... This was around 2:45 P.M... My question is, "Could the alcohol content in the aerosol hairspray had gotten stronger, which could have contributed to the Breathalyzer results to be so high & me acting like I was intoxicated"?. Alcohol Denat is the # 1 Ingredient... Also, this would be my 2nd Dui...

Simple answer is no.
That's NOT how a breathalyzer works. Besides drunk is drunk, the law does't care if you drank it or gave yourself an enema with it. The fact its in your bloodstream is all that matters.

Can you use women's hairspray to waterproof suede leather?
[ 1 Answers ]
I was wondering if you could use women's hair spray to make suede leather water resistant or water repellant? I used a commercially made product, (Kiwi), and seems to work well, but the small can of it doesn't go too far, I used as directed, applying light coats and not making it wet. Just...
What is the ULTIMATE hairspray?
[ 2 Answers ]
Hey,
I love backcombing my hair into big, fluffy, gravity-defying styles but since my hair naturally has zero volume it tends to go limp halfway through the evening. What is the best hairspray for a firm hold?
The sort of stuff used for mohawks and similar would be best... but not glue...

So, about an hour ago I was doing my moms hair for a wedding she's going to. I had to use A LOT of hairspray. And now I have a headache, I'm dizzy, and its kind of hard to breath. I'm wondering if this bad? Am I going to die? I also suffer from anxiety, so I don't know if its my anxiety doing this...
