    If a misdemeanor charge is not dropped, would that violate my probation
    I am on probation and I just recevied a charge of theft of a motor vechile under 500 can I get violated on this charge.

    My husband is on probation in atlanta he received a misdemeanor chare in Louisiana. Theft of a motor vechile less than 500. Will hey detain him and send him back to atlanta

    Yes, first he needs to report it, and next was it dropped or did they release him but still under investigation.

    Did he even have written permission from his PO to be out of state ? He has to, or that is a serious violation in itself
