My son' s wife is in her 30's claims she can't work because of severe back problems, but she sure can go motorcycle riding, hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling. Report her to the company paying her benefits. If it's SS, report her to them.
I'm amazed you would attempt to stop her benefits, ultimately hurting your son.

If you have a spine made of metal and your husband can barely walk, file for disability benefits yourself. It's not Welfare, it's benefits.
