    So it's been 7 days since I posted, had 74 viewers, no one has an answer. I'll hire a plumber then.

    Smart move. Next time give it a more clever title and they will. Categorize it correctly with something interesting added. Taking this comment steadily will allow you to not be angry with my post :) And I'm glad that without our help you could decide what to do for yourself.
