    What does a lump on your penis mean ?
    Right hand side , a little under the hood of the tip of my penis , its bumpy like ?

    It could be blood-flow (erection)related but then again it could be something else more serious. It could be Fordyce spots This condition is completely normal and a lot of us have it. It doesn't hurt you or cause you problems in any way. Check out this link and see if your symptons match up with this .

    Another possibility is pearly penile papules. This is also common and normal and won't cause you any problems. Here's a link that should help:
